About the Theatre

Located directly on the A3 motorway with 40 parking spaces on site, the Rhein Main Theater Niedernhausen offers a stage that rivals any built for the most elaborate musical productions of its time: a 23.5 x 13.5 m playing area, a 15 x 7.5 m rear stage, a traditional theatre wood floor and a large directing area right in the middle of the auditorium. Fully blackout-capable, fully equipped - for productions that belong on the big stage.

For parallel choreography, the foyer houses a second rehearsal stage with a 10 x 8 m dance floor, an 8 x 2 m dance mirror, sound system, electric piano and blackout capability. Dressing rooms for around 50 people, a production office with two workstations, and a catering area for a temporary large-scale kitchen round off the perfect rehearsal centre for the intensive final rehearsal phase and tech rehearsals.

You're also well equipped on the craft side: eight sewing stations, a fitting area with mirror and cutting table, plus three washing machines and two dryers ensure costumes can be made without ever leaving the building.

A 20-minute walk from Niedernhausen train station, excellently connected, right next to a large hotel including spa, and with genuine theatre flair: here, a rehearsal becomes a real stage feeling.
