Do you have questions or issues with your ticket order or visiting the show?

The team from our ticket partner eventim.de is always there for you. You can reach them by phone Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 0421 - 20 31 55 11, and you'll always find further information in our Help Center:

  • You can get tickets from our official ticket partners eventim Germany and oeticket directly through our web shop. Tickets are also available at selected box offices near you or via the ticket hotline 01806 - 570 020 (€0.20/call incl. VAT from all German networks).

  • For organisational reasons, tickets for wheelchair users can only be purchased via the ticket hotline 01806 - 570 020 (€0.20/call incl. VAT from all German networks) or at box offices.

  • No, tickets are generally excluded from exchange. An additional ticket insurance is required to return tickets in case of illness or for other reasons.

  • Yes, there are discounts for various groups of people, including people with a severe disability from grade B onward. Please check your discount eligibility before ordering. Group discounts are also available through our ticket partners.

  • At Eventim you can currently pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express), SEPA direct debit, PayPal or Klarna. Wero, Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.

  • Please contact Eventim or your box office as soon as you notice. They can send you an admission confirmation as a replacement.
